Trading Terms & Conditions

In Nature Ltd provides access to innatureteas.com (“the Website”) and by using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately terminate your use of the Website.

We work to provide you with the best customer service and meet your expectations.

1. Advice

The content and opinions on the Website does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon when making or refraining from making any decision.

2. Privacy

We do not disclose, sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. If you elect to receive special promotional offers, only pertinent information will be forwarded to the appropriate party for this specific purpose.

3. Shipping

We work to dispatch goods within three business days of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within five business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible and offer you a refund or partial shipment of your order.

Our teas are fresh and some lines are sold quickly, so we may dispatch in partial deliveries from London or China.

All goods purchased by you will be delivered within 30 calendar days of our order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.

4. Cancellation and Returns

We want all our customers to enjoy your purchases from InNature. If however, you are not fully satisfied, please contact us.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund of the price of the original goods and standard delivery charge. To affect this, you must inform us in writing at sales@innteas.com and return the teas unopened. You must return the good to us at your own cost.

If you receive goods that do not match your ordered or arrive with a fault, you should contact us within 30 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced, if available, or to be refunded through the payment method used when the purchase made. A replacement will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Refunds should be made 14 days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods (including standard delivery charges).

InNature reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

5. Payment

We use WorldPay for processing credit and debit cards. All personal and credit card information is be encrypted by their system.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.

Please note that prices shown in currencies other than GBP are indicative values based on exchange rates that are updated periodically. All transactions on the website are processed in GBP.

6. No Representation or warranty

6.1 The content on the Website may include inaccuracies and we reserve the right make changes or remove part of the Website or it’s entirety without notice. To the extent permitted by law, information on the Website is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representation and warranty of any kind whether expressed or implied including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, security and accuracy.

6.2 InNature makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful.

6.3 This site may contain links to other websites which are completely independent of this website. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such linked website.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InNature Ltd will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or in respect to the purchase of any goods hereunder.

8. Customs

When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK , you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.

9. Your Account

By using the Website, you are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your account and password. You should do all that is necessary to restrict access to your computer and prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should inform InNature immediately if you believe that your password is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, you can access and update your information on the Website.

InNature reserves the right to refuse access to the Website or terminate accounts at our discretion.

10. Conduct

You must not use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Website or access to it to be impaired in any way. Neither may you cause it to be changed or modified in any way.

You may provide links to the Website provided (a) you do not remove or obscure the copyright notice, or other notices on the Website, (b) you discontinue providing a link to the Website if instructed to do so by us.

11. Ownership

11.1 All right, title and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, copy, product names, images, art works, and all software and source codes connected to the Website) belong to InNature or licensed to InNature or otherwise used by InNature as permitted by law.

11.2 In using the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal non-commercial purposes.

12. Severance

Any provision of these Terms and Conditions that is determined to be unenforceable or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be severable in that jurisdiction without in any way invalidating the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The unenforceability of any provision in a given jurisdiction shall not make that provision unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.

13. Competition Terms

13.1 Win a SPA Voucher

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Opening date for entries is 9th of January 2017 at 9am. Closing date is 31th of January 11.59pm.

One winner will be selected at random and contacted directly with 7 days of the competition ending. The selected winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed within one week of the winner being notified, an alternative winner will be chosen. Once a subsequent winner has been selected, the previous winner is no longer entitled to the prize. In the unlikely event that no entries have been received before the closing date, no prizes will be awarded.

The prize consists of: 1 x SPA Voucher

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of InNature Teas, their immediate families or anyone else connected with the promotion.

No automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries are permitted.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.

InNature Teas reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of reasonably unforeseen circumstances.

Any entry which is incomplete, incomprehensible, late, incorrectly submitted or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of InNature Teas.

InNature Teas may withdraw or cancel the competition for any reason and at any time.

InNature Teas will use your details to administer your prize if you win. If you are successful in winning, InNature Teas reserves the right to use your name on the InNature Teas Blog, Twitter account and/or Facebook page and any other social media if required, highlighting you as the winner.

InNature Teas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.

14. Discounts

InNature reserves the right to cancel any purchase that is made in the cases where:

1. The discount or offer was provided in error.
2. The discount or offer was overused. This applies in cases where:
1. The offer is used more than 3 times per customer.
2. When purchasing more than 10 items on a buy one get one free offer.
3. A buy one get one free offer is used by someone outside of the UK.
4. More than one discount is applied to an order. For example, an 10% off code is used during the purchase of an item which is already at a reduced price.
5. InNature find misuse of a promotion.

If you are not sure if your purchase is acceptable, email us at gaia@innteas.com and we will get back to you. If the purchase is canceled, you will receive an immediate refund.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

16. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
